Shipping policy

Processing: Custom-made; normal fulfillment 3–5 business days; can take up to 10+ days during high volume. Rush My Order service ships next business day

Shipping: Fulfillment time is 5–7 business days; shipping speed affects delivery time after shipping.

Lost/stolen/damaged: Not responsible, but will assist with carrier claims. Delivery Protection service offers one replacement per order if package is lost, stolen, or damaged.

Returns: Specialty items No returns. Refund if item is damaged upon refund approval.
